Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Your Bro Rob Fitness ("YBR", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
2. The Service
YBR provides fitness coaching, training programs, nutrition guidance, AI chat and related content. The Service is for general fitness and education. It is not medical, dietary or mental-health advice. See our Medical Disclaimer.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Free app, ads, and payments
Every feature of the app is free to use. The free app is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense, which uses cookies and similar technologies. You can control ad consent in Settings.
YBR Ad-Free costs $9.99 USD per month and renews automatically until you cancel. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method each billing cycle. Taxes may apply.
1-on-1 Coaching with Rob is a single payment of $1,000 USD covering three months. It does not renew automatically. Near the end of your three months we will remind you, and renewing means a new one-time payment. When the term ends, coaching features lock again, and your history stays in your account.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel Ad-Free anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep ad-free access until the end of the current period. Coaching is a one-time purchase and is not cancelled or prorated. See Refunds.
6. Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or by emailing support@yourbrorob.com with the subject "Delete my account". We complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal reasons.
7. Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate speech or illegal content.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access.
- No sharing your account with others.
- No reselling, sublicensing or commercial use without written consent.
8. User content
You retain ownership of content you upload (progress photos, form-check videos, messages). You grant YBR a limited, worldwide licence to host, display and process that content solely to deliver and improve the Service.
9. AI coaching
The AI coach generates responses using language models. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YBR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify YBR against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where YBR is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
