YBR Ad-Free
YBR Ad-Free costs $9.99 per month and is non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals. You keep Ad-Free access until the end of the current billing period, and every app feature remains available for free with ads.
1-on-1 coaching with Rob
The $1,000 coaching payment covers three months and does not renew automatically. Coaching purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Individual scheduled calls may be moved with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit that call.
Duplicate or accidental charges
We refund duplicate charges and accidental purchases in full. Email billing@yourbrorob.com with the receipt.
App store purchases
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those stores' refund policies. You must request the refund through Apple or Google directly:
- reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple)
- play.google.com/store/account (Google)
EU / UK statutory withdrawal
Consumers in the EU/UK may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days unless they have already started receiving digital content (e.g. accessed coaching, generated AI responses, or downloaded a program). By starting use you waive the right of withdrawal.
